Pigment Inks will not fade and are mostly water resistant. The new Canon LUCIA inks are designed to resist scratches and minimize bronzing (distorting the reflection of light off of a print).
Dye based inks will soak into the paper, but pigments adhere and cure to the surface of the media. In addition to greater durability, pigment-based inks result in much better overall image quality.

Size matters in printing
Pacific Frameworks can print up to 40 inches wide. However, choosing a print size can be daunting. Using the above guide may help. Quality of file to be printed and available wall space are the most common factors when considering your print size. We use only high quality canon photo paper and canvas with Canon Pigment-based LUCIA PRO ink set plus Chroma Optimizer
